📐 VibeWork

Your coding agent isn't the problem. The missing spec is.

Describe what you want to build and get the engineering pack a real team would write first — PRD, database schema, API contract, ordered tasks and copy-paste prompts. Then build it in whatever AI coding tool you already use.

Spec your first build →

Nothing runs here — you keep the files.

Why builds collapse

Week one feels like magic. Week two doesn't.

Nothing constrains the agent, so the schema mutates until it contradicts itself. The context window fills with pasted files until the thing you're actually working on falls out of it. Then one prompt rewrites thirty files and you cannot tell which change broke it.

All three are the same problem: the agent was never given a contract. VibeWork writes that contract first, and has a second model check it before you build anything on top.

🌀

Schema drift

It contradicts itself by week two.

🧠

Context exhaustion

The real task falls out of the window.

💥

Thirty-file edits

Nobody can tell what broke it.

🕳️

No way back

The failure has no recovery path.

What's actually in the pack

Ten files a competent engineer would have written before opening an editor.

🧱

A contract, not a vibe

A PRD, a PostgreSQL schema with real foreign keys and constraints, and an OpenAPI contract — written before a line of code exists, so your agent has something to be held to.

🔍

Reviewed by a second model

The model that designs your schema never reviews it. A different one does, from a different family, because a model checking its own work is blind in the same places twice.

🧩

One task at a time

The build is sliced into vertical slices in dependency order — one route, its handler, its test. No agent touching thirty files at once and losing your project.

🚪

Yours to take anywhere

Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Codex, Cline. You get AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules and .windsurfrules from one rule set — no lock-in, because nothing runs here.

How it works

1

Describe it properly

Say who it's for and what they actually do with it. If the idea is too thin to architect against, you get questions back instead of a confident, wrong guess — and you're not charged for that.

2

Read the review

You see the entities, the tables, and every finding the reviewing model raised — before anything is built on top. Fixing a schema now costs one regeneration. Fixing it later costs the build.

3

Take the pack and build

Download the zip, open VIBE_GUIDE.md, and work down it. Each step has a prompt to paste, a way to check it worked, and a recovery prompt for when it doesn't.

Be clear on this

VibeWork doesn't build your app.

There's no editor here, no preview, no deploy button. It produces the documents you take somewhere else — which is exactly the point. The pack works in whatever tool you already use, and it keeps working if you switch. If you'd rather something built the app for you, that's Canvas.
