Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any DruxAI product — including drux.space, Village, Communiti, Vizible, DruxDocs, RoundTable, and Chorus — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all products operated by DruxAI (DRUX) under the drux.space domain and associated subdomains.
2. Products covered
These terms govern all products in the DruxAI platform: (a) Search by Drux — multi-model AI search and consensus; (b) Village — personal AI companion circles; (c) Communiti — synthetic persona populations for research; (d) Vizible — AI visibility and brand tracking; (e) DruxDocs — AI-assisted document writing, creation, and debate; (f) RoundTable — question and answer with AI and human voices; (g) Chorus — AI browser and per-site model picker. Product-specific obligations are noted in the relevant sections below.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use DruxAI products. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using DruxAI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may use DruxAI products for lawful purposes only. You may not use any product to: generate, distribute, or solicit harmful, illegal, abusive, or harassing content; attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls; scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access in ways not permitted by the product's API; impersonate other individuals or entities; or use AI-generated content to deceive others in materially harmful ways. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-generated content
All DruxAI products use third-party AI language models to generate content. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. DruxAI does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content across any product. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
6. Village — companion system
Village provides AI companions configured to offer support, perspective, and conversation. Village is not a mental health service, therapy platform, crisis service, or substitute for professional care of any kind. Villagers are AI models — they are not licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or counsellors. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis service immediately (US: 988, Canada: 988, International: befrienders.org). By using Village, you acknowledge that you understand its companion-only nature and agree not to use it as a replacement for clinical or professional support.
7. Communiti — synthetic personas
Communiti generates and hosts synthetic AI personas for research, survey, and simulation purposes. All personas are AI-generated and do not represent real individuals. Data produced by Communiti simulations, surveys, and persona responses is synthetic and should be used as indicative research input only — not as primary data for regulated decision-making. Enterprise and research users are responsible for appropriate use of synthetic data outputs in their own workflows.
8. Vizible — AI visibility tracking
Vizible tracks how brands and topics appear in AI-generated responses across models. Results are based on sampled model outputs at the time of the run and may not reflect all models, all prompt phrasings, or real-time model behaviour. Vizible scores and rankings are informational only and do not constitute endorsements or official rankings.
9. Free and paid usage
Free tiers are provided with limited usage as described on each product page. Paid credits and subscriptions unlock additional access. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
DruxAI, its branding, and its software are owned by DRUX. AI-generated responses belong to their respective model providers per their terms. Content you submit (queries, documents, persona configurations, village names) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant DruxAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
11. API access
Access to the DruxAI API (/api/v1/) is governed by these terms and any additional API-specific usage policies communicated at time of key issuance. API keys are personal and must not be shared or published. Usage in violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate key revocation.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@drux.space. Upon termination, your access to the service ends; data deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
All DruxAI products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DruxAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or any AI-generated content.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at drux.space/terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DruxAI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
